Things To Do on Non-Trading Days

Just some ideas I had of things to work on that the outcome of which will hopefully translate into better trading:

• Use Camtasia Screen Recorder to record trading for a day (pretty big files though I would think)
• Analyse the output - work out what was done well and what wasnt. Document the findings.
  
• From the recordings define some trading strategies that would work for different types of races.
• Spend an afternoon observing the races without trading them, see if you learn anything.
• continue to read up on the psychology of trading.
